at any time at the sole discretion of WorkAdviceNow™. By using this service, all users agree to pay these fees, regardless
of the user’s satisfaction or agreement with the advice given. WorkAdviceNow ™ does not give legal advice of any kind and encourages all users to seek their own legal advice from a qualified,
professional attorney. WorkAdviceNow™ is not a substitute for licensed, certified, legal, financial,
or medical advice of any kind and cannot be held responsible or liable for any advice given, or any referral to another practicing
professional resource, as the service is operating only as a consultant, with users having free will to pursue other advice,
options and plans which WorkAdviceNow™ encourages. WorkAdviceNow™ further makes no claims as
to their advice precluding termination of employment and is not responsible for any change in job status, current or future by user, that may occur as a result of following a WorkAdvisors’™
advice. By consenting to these terms and conditions you agree to hold WorkAdviceNow™ and its Founder, Directors,
WorkAdvisors™ or any other employee of WorkAdviceNow™, harmless from any result or consequence, financial, legal,
health or emotional, of any advice given to any individual or organization. Similarly, WorkAdviceNow™ will not seek
any portion of salary increases or similar financial gains resulting from the success of the advice given. WorkAdviceNow™
reserves the right to refuse service or to discontinue service of any kind to anyone, at any time, at its sole discretion. Billable rates will still apply for all services provided up to
the time of termination of service. WorkAdviceNow™ will not tolerate or enter into any form of commentary
that may be damaging, slanderous or liable towards another individual or firm or would be construed to be destructive, interfering
with their business, discriminatory, verbally abusive, or inappropriate to professional decorum in the workplace.
WorkAdviceNow™ operates in compliance of all laws of the United
States of America.
